Thierry Airaud’s charming, yet modern dining space, at the bottom of Plaça Sant Vicenç de Sarrià, is a special treat for fancy diners. Specialising in oysters, caviar and foie (duck and goose livers), as well as cavas and champagnes. Gouthier is widely known for serving oysters from all round the world as well as those canned foods of the highest quality Spanish people like to eat.

Located on a cosy square in the North part of the city, Sarria, get served either on the terrace outside or in the formally set bar. Oysters are served with fresh wheat bread and butter, and if you don’t fancy the slimy aphrodisiac, then the fish soup, cassoulet and duck are good too.
