Opened in 2001 by two talented Catalan chefs, Guillem Pla and Oriol Ivern, Hisop’s aim has always been to offer a range of top quality cuisine at a reasonable price.

The price of the food is slightly more expensive than others, but the approachable service may tip the scale. The chefs break the chains of the stereotypical Catalan cuisine to produce simple, yet creative seasonal dishes. The place is quite small, so it’s advisable to book in advance.
