La llavor del Orígens is an interesting little local gastronomy project reaching out into Cataluña and across Spain and delivering quality ingredients into traditional dishes the way it should be.  The food is authentic and reflects the cookery customs of a number of micro regions around Cataluña and beyond.

Small, simple stews and white bean dishes dominate the extensive menu which is unusually informative. Set out like a magazine, it informs customers of the source and nature of the ingredients used right down to the particular cut of meat or type of grain used.  The wine list is equally as descriptive, offering a fine range including a few bottles of Cava too.  If the whole experience leaves a big enough impression, patrons have the opportunity to take home a prime cut of local organic meat to savour along with their experience.
