If you’ve not eaten Korean food before, then San Kil is defiantly a good place to start. The menu is small, but rich, making decisions easier than going to any other Asian restaurant. San Kil is not romantic, it’s not fancy, it’s actually quite bright and Spartan and always has the television playing Korean channels.  However the great thing is that you could be down a backstreet in Korea, eating pibimbap amongst the white collar workers of the city.

The food is cheap and the service is quality, with the owners very strict about providing patrons with the most upstanding service – you even receive your own hand towel when useing the bathroom. A complementary Panch’an (box with four different types of vegetables) is an ideal starter, as is the mouth-watering main of beef cooked fresh at your table.
